To ensure a smooth boarding experience, we recommend booking online in advance. Boarding without a booking is possible if seats are available, but will be on a first-come, first-served basis. A visitor tax of 100 yen per person will be added to the fare when purchasing a ticket to Miyajima.

Reserved passengers: Arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure and provide your name to the staff.
Non-reserved passengers: Tickets can be purchased at the ticket counter, subject to seat availability.

Bookings can be made online. The Miyajimaguchi–Miyajima route operates every 20 minutes, and boarding without a booking is also possible. For visitors traveling to Peace Memorial Park after visiting Miyajima, we recommend the package ticket, which allows direct travel from Miyajima to Peace Memorial Park without changing boats. Arrive at the ticket counter at least 10 minutes before departure and wait for boarding instructions.

Miyajimaguchi Ticket Office & Departure Gate

The ticket office is located inside the Miyajimaguchi Ferry Terminal. After purchasing your tickets, please follow the staff’s instructions to reach the boarding gate, which is about a 2-minute walk from the counter.

Miyajima 3rd Pier(To Miyajimaguchi)

It's the end of pier from Ferry terminal. For keeping your safety, please don't go to pier until staffs show you.

Please make your booking by fax or online. Boarding without a booking is not permitted.
Bookings for the Miyajima Light Up Cruise need to be made at least two hours before departure and are accepted from three months prior to the boarding date.

Arrive at the ticket counter at least 10 minutes before departure. Kindly give your name to the staff. Once your booking is confirmed, the ticket will be issued.

Staff will guide you when the boat is ready to depart. After the tour, you will get off at the same place where you boarded.
