Notice to Passengers

The following actions are prohibited by law. Please note that violations may result in penalties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Do not operate the vessel’s steering equipment, other navigational systems, or the control devices for movable passenger boarding facilities without proper authorization.
Do not enter restricted areas of ships without authorization.
Do not tamper with or move fire extinguishers, life jackets, or any other emergency equipment without authorization.
Do not smoke in non-smoking areas on the ship.
Do not damage or move signs indicating passenger boarding and disembarking procedures, or any other signs posted for passenger safety, without authorization.
Do not throw or fire stones, glass, metal fragments, or any other objects toward a ship, as they may damage its interior, exterior, or cargo.
Do not improperly dispose of any objects into the river.
Do not cause discomfort or inconvenience to other passengers.
Do not disrupt the ship’s order or engage in activities that affect cleanliness and hygiene.

Condition and terms

To ensure the safety of maritime transport, we ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following matters.
Regarding the Handling of Hazardous and Dangerous Items (Swords, Firearms, etc.)
- Do not bring in hazardous materials or dangerous items.
- Hazardous materials may be prohibited if they are deemed to pose a risk of harm.
- If there is suspicion that baggage or other items contain hazardous materials, an inspection may be conducted in the presence of staff or a third party.
- The company shall not be held liable for any damages or liabilities arising from the above, regardless of whether they were caused intentionally or negligently by the passenger.
Please cooperate to find dubious things.

If you notice any suspicious objects onboard or in the waiting area, please do not touch them and immediately report to the nearest staff member. We appreciate your cooperation.
